I bought this piece during a time when a lot in my life was changing. I didn’t expect it to mean much at first, but somehow I started reaching for it on the days when I needed a little courage to keep moving.

I wore it on a trip I had been putting off for years. Now when I look at it, I remember the long roads, cold mornings, and the feeling of finally going somewhere I had wanted to see for a very long time.

Most days are ordinary — work, errands, messages, too many things happening at once. Wearing it has become a small habit that reminds me to slow down for a moment before the day runs away from me.

It was given to me by someone close to me, so I never really thought of it as just jewelry. I wear it often because it reminds me of the person, the moment, and everything that came with it.
